We will be having a virtual gathering over ZOOM where we can talk about Spain while we cook a fun and simple dish together. We have a fun chef to walk us through the steps and at the end of the presentation you can enjoy a nice meal. This is a free presentation but you will need to pick up a few ingredients if you want to cook along with us. It is not required but it makes it more fun if you cook along with us! This dish will serve about 4 people.
Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, small diced or thin sliced
- 2 small onions, coarsely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt (our chef prefers Aurora Sea Salt but it was not currently available)
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) – our chef likes Partanna
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2-3 oz cheese (any kind you like, if it melts easily, the better)
- 3-4 slices of ham (turkey or cooked vegetables are also fine)
